アートワークの権利について / Artwork Rights
Fourthwallで販売される物理商品を購入しても、商品に使用されているアートワーク、デザイン、元データ、著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は譲渡されません。
Purchasing a physical product on Fourthwall does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, source file, copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights used on the product.
アートワークの使用制限 / Artwork Usage Restrictions
購入者は、購入した物理商品そのものを個人的または商業的に使用、贈与、再販売することができます。ただし、商品画像、モックアップ画像、または実物商品からアートワークをコピー、抽出、複製、再利用し、別の商品、デジタル素材、NFT、テンプレート、ストック画像、ダウンロード商品等として使用または販売することはできません。
Customers may use, gift, or resell the specific physical product they purchased for personal or commercial purposes. However, customers may not copy, extract, reproduce, or reuse the artwork from product images, mockup images, or the physical product itself, or use or sell it as another product, digital asset, NFT, template, stock image, downloadable product, or similar material.
