- Resell the specific physical product you purchased.
- Modify, decorate, or customize the specific physical product and resell that physical item.

You MAY NOT:

- Copy, scan, trace, extract, reproduce, or recreate the artwork or design from the product.
- Extract the artwork from product photos, mockup images, or any product listing.
- Use the artwork or design to create additional products.
- Upload the artwork or design to print-on-demand platforms, marketplaces, stock image sites, NFT platforms, digital download marketplaces, or similar services.
- Sell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the artwork or any modified version of it as a digital file, design asset, template, stock image, clip art, NFT, downloadable file, or source material.
- Claim authorship or ownership of the original artwork or design.
- Register the artwork, design, or any confusingly similar version as your own copyright, trademark, logo, or exclusive brand asset.
- Create a resale page, listing, advertisement, or store that makes you appear to be an official MiRAiARTWORKS store, authorized seller, partner, or representative.
- Use the MiRAiARTWORKS brand name, logo, or identity in a way that suggests official authorization, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Important Clarification

Purchasing a physical product from this merch store does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reuse the artwork or design itself.

If you would like to create and sell your own physical products using MiRAiARTWORKS artwork, please purchase the corresponding digital artwork license from our official digital art store and follow the terms of that license agreement.
